Operating Principle of the DOYLE#DeDust® Sheet Cleaning System

The DOYLE sheet cleaning system combines several coordinated cleaning mechanisms to reliably remove dust, lint, spray powder and loose particles before the printing process.
Static brushes first loosen contaminants adhering to the substrate surface. At the same time, a precisely controlled airflow creates localized turbulence that helps detach even the finest particles from the sheet.
A powerful and evenly distributed vacuum system then captures the released contaminants across the entire working width and removes them safely from the process area.
This coordinated interaction of mechanical cleaning, controlled airflow and vacuum extraction results in a very high cleaning performance while maintaining gentle treatment of the sheets.
The result is cleaner substrates, more stable printing processes and significantly improved production quality in industrial printing applications.
