Functional Principle of the DUO#CleanCliché® ACS
The DUO#CleanCliché® ACS is permanently integrated into the print unit and performs plate cleaning via an automated wash cycle. After the cleaning program is initiated, the plate is precisely supplied with cleaning medium and subsequently cleaned in a controlled process sequence.
The wash cycle is fully reproducible and designed for short cycle times. Typically, a complete cleaning process can be performed in approximately 40 seconds (application-dependent).
Thanks to its machine-integrated design, the majority of manual cleaning work is eliminated. At the same time, consistently high cleaning quality is ensured, independent of operator influence.
